Clarity & Direction – When Your Thinking Feels Tangled
People come to this work when they feel caught in their own thinking – capable, experienced, but second-guessing decisions or sensing that something isn’t quite aligned.
We work with real situations: decisions you’re sitting on, conversations you’re avoiding, tensions you can’t quite name. Through coaching-led conversations, patterns begin to emerge, priorities sharpen and confidence grows.
This is primarily coaching. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will help you think more clearly, articulate what matters and make decisions that feel grounded and values-aligned. Tools or psychometrics may be introduced where helpful, but the focus is always on strengthening your own judgement and self-trust.
Strengths in Action – Individually and Together
This work helps people understand and use their strengths more intentionally – without turning them into labels or buzzwords.
Each person completes the Strengthscope assessment and has a 1:1 debrief with me. These conversations often bring clarity and relief, helping people see what energises them, where they do their best work and where they may be stretching themselves unnecessarily.
For teams, we then come together to explore the Strengthscope Team Wheel. This creates a shared language for understanding differences, reducing friction and working better together. The focus is practical and future-focused – not a report that gathers dust.
Better Conversations at Work – Confidence, Clarity and Trust
Many people find that the hardest part of work isn’t the technical side – it’s the conversations. Feedback gets delayed. Issues linger. Decisions keep coming back to you.
This work is more consultative and mentoring-led. I bring practical tools, language and structure to help you handle conversations with more confidence and ease – whether that’s with a new starter, a long-standing team member or someone who seems disengaged.
Coaching is still woven through, but the emphasis is on building capability so conversations become clearer, calmer and more effective long after our work together ends.

— Leadership workshops – particularly adding coaching skills to everyday management

What will our first conversation be like?
A relaxed, thoughtful conversation to understand what you’re facing and see if I can help. No pressure or obligation.
Is this coaching or consulting?
Often both. Some work is coaching-led, some is more practical and consultative. We use what’s most useful in your situation.
Do I need to know what I want before getting in touch?
Not at all. Most people don’t. We figure that out together.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes – a large part of my work is with small and owner-led businesses.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. Many clients are global and we work virtually as easily as in person.
