Leading The People Development Specialists from Cambridge, I bring a practical and approachable style to everything I do, drawing on years of hands-on experience guiding leaders, small businesses, and other coaches.
I’ve spent my career working with people, teams and organisations in moments that matter – when things feel complex, stretched or quietly misaligned.
Bringing global insight and personal curiosity to every conversation
My background includes working in-house and as a consultant with organisations such as BP, BCG, Etihad, Dubai Airports, NYU, PwC, the NHS and government entities across the Middle East, alongside much smaller, family-run businesses. I’ve worked across Europe, the Middle East and now New Zealand, often in rooms where almost every nationality is represented.
That breadth gives me perspective. But what matters more is knowing that no two people are the same. Experience gives me range; curiosity keeps the work personal.
